1. Why don't you ever ask for mailing address?
Because all our products are delivered by email, instantly. This is why we don't need your mailing address.
Note that PayPal may ask for your address in order to validate your credit card payment, but we don't have access to that information.
2. Is payment secure?
Yes, we use PayPal, which is by far the leading online payment processor worldwide. PayPal has 164 million accounts and operates in 190 markets, and in 18 different currencies. Your credit card or bank information is never disclosed to us. All we get to know is if the payment was successful or not.
3. Can I call you and pay using my credit card, over the phone?
No. The only way to pay is through PayPal, online.
4. Do you accept cash, money orders, cheques?

5. How long is a subscription valid?
You have unlimited access to your control panel. However, we archive user data after one year; if you wish to access your control panel after one year, all you need to do is contact us, mention the email that you used to purchase the subscription, and your account will be returned to operational status.
6. Are there any discounts if I need to purchase several subscriptions?
Yes, please contact us with the amount. Please also mention if you represent a school, a library or another institution.
7. I have a blog and I'd like to resell this product. Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we do; to access it you need to purchase a subscription yourself. Inside your control panel, there is a "Resellers" link, which contains all the information you need - links, codes, banners, etc. All subscribers are automatically issued a reseller number. Highlights of the reseller program:

8. Are you authorized by the government?
The service we provide does not require any licensing or permit.
9. What if I fail the test in spite of taking your program?
If you fail the test we will refund your fees. You just need to provide a proof of failure (copy of your test result, notification from the Naturalization authorities of your countries, or similar). You will still have access to the training panel so you can keep studying and testing yourself for your next attempt.
10. Some websites offer more practice questions than you. Why is that?
The amount of questions is not important. What matters is the quality of questions.
Other websites may have hundreds of useless questions, containing data that will never be asked. You will simply spend a lot of time memorizing information that you don't need. Training with 100 relevant questions can turn out to be much more useful than training with a thousand.
11. Are your "practice questions" real test questions?
The answer depends on the country. Canada, UK and Australia do not publish the "real" questions and forbid their distribution. The US publishes the full list of official questions; in this case, what we offer is a possibility to practice online (random testing, per chapter testing, etc), thereby helping you memorize and improving your chances to pass.
12. What is PDF and how to use it?
In order to open a PDF document, you have to download Adobe Reader first. It is absolutely free. Most computers already have it installed.

13. What is "PassTomorrow"?
PassTomorrow is meant for people who need to prepare fast. Carefully selected questions - often covering several topics at a time - are presented one after another; at the end of the test, only your WRONG answers are shown; you're then invited to read the correct answers for those questions that you answered incorrectly, and re-do the test. The idea is to take advantage of things that you may already know, focusing only on your mistakes, and repeating the same series of questions until you eliminate all errors.
14. What is your refund policy?
No refunds unless unused (no logins, no downloads, duplicate purchases, etc), or if failed the official test. Proof of failure will be required. All refunds must be requested within 90 days after purchase This is required by our credit card processor, PayPal.
